Back so soon from my trip to Mississippi - it seems like we were barely there! What an amazing experience, and what a week filled with the presence of God. It was humbling to be able to watch him working in so many lives, so many ways. What a blessing to be able to just wonder - ok so what is God going to do next?!
The outcome for me is that Brad and I are gearing up our lives to go into full time outreach work. God has prepared us for this in so many ways it boggles us as we look back on our lives and see the nudges he has been giving us toward this new calling we have. It seems financially impossible for us, but God never asks you to do the possible. So we know he will provide and we will go as he sends us!
I have set aside a few bad habits from before I left and really taking stock of all my *things* and daily activities. I am spending more time with God and more time doing things that will make an eternal difference. Please pray for us as we walk through this new door!
A special prayer request for a very special man I met in Mississippi. Please Pray for Michael Bloom that he will find hope, purpose and meaning in the devastation in his life from a failed marriage and a hurricane. He and his daughter Katie need as many prayers as they can get!
